Yvonne Taylor

On Tuesday, February 20th, 2018, Bonnie Taylor, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away at the age of 83 years. Bonnie will be forever remembered by her brother George Ernst, her son Jeff and his children Jessica and Kenneth, and her son Michael (Kristina) and his children Tara (daughter Avri), Mason, Grant, and Logan. Bonnie will also be forever remembered by her extended family and dear friends. In addition to being a wonderful housewife & homemaker, she was an active member of Calallen Baptist Church and the Red Hat Society, volunteered with the Boy Scouts, Oil Belt Little League baseball, the Nueces County Junior Livestock Show, Calallen schools, and many other organizations, but her biggest joy was being with her family. Bonnie was a beautiful presence in everyone's life she touched, and a loving, caring soul until the end. Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Taylor, her mother Pearl B. Pulchney (Gudith), and her father Frank Allison. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 25, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home, 12497 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, TX 78410. Funeral services will be held in memory of Bonnie on Monday, February 26th, at 10:00 a.m., at Sawyer-George Funeral Home, with Pastor Jack Willoughby officiating. Interment will be in the Robstown Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Bonnie may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st St., Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131.
