Virginia Manous

Virginia Peter Manous, 85, passed away on August 2, 2021 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She loved family gatherings and spending time with her friends at the Ethel Eyerly Senior Center. Virginia is survived by her sister, Helen Lawrence; her daughters, Marilyn Goans (Greg Ramel), Alice Andersen (Dan), Brenda Stefancik (Gary) and son-in-law, Jason Mayo; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Manous; her daughter, Virginia Mayo; two grandsons; as well as four sisters and two brothers. Visitation will be held at Sawyer-George Funeral Home, 12947 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, Texas on Monday, August 9, 2021 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Graveside services will follow at 2:00pm at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
