Violet Pafford

Violet Mae Pafford, age 78, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Violet was born on December 22, 1942 in Robstown, Texas to Gussie Alexander Pack, Sr. and Johanna Louise Henrietta Brand Pack.

She loved being with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Milton Orville Pack and Gussie Pack, Jr.; two sisters, Mary Louise Cox and Ruby Lee Stech; two daughters, Cheryl Ruth Riley and Johanna Francis McKenna; and a granddaughter, Heather Marie Morgan.

To cherish her memories, she leaves behind daughters, Debbie Rene Wright and Misty Nichole (Patrick)Dworaczyk; grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn (Scott)Pace, Kyle Lee Riley, Brianna Rene (Kristen)Pafford, Makayla Nicole Pafford (Tyler Whitt), and Travis Gains Pafford; great-grandchildren, Gabriel David Pace, Matthew Thomas Pace, Skylar Nicole-Marie Riley, and Oliver Lee Whitt; brothers, Alton Orville Pack, John Douglas Pack, William Orville Pack; sisters, Laura Lee Loving, Betty Jo Townsend, Katherine Ann Hocker, Norma Lee Patterson, and Darlene Ann McCarter.

Visitation is Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. (family visitation 5:00-6:00 P.M.) at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home with interment to follow.
