Troy Gilbert

Troy Gilbert, 70, of Robstown, Texas, passed away Friday, July 16, 2010 at his home. He was born April 18, 1940 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Troy J. and Margaret Pensyl Gilbert. He was a longtime employee of Halliburton and was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. He is survived by his daughters, Kellye Bennett of Oklahoma and Kimberly Gilbert of Robstown, Texas; two sisters, Shirley (Poncho) Vickery of Corpus Christi, Texas and Janice (Wayne) Howerton of Robstown, Texas; five grandchildren, Kody, Keith, Justin, Kaitlyn and Kevin; two great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Saturday, July 24, 2010 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church on FM 624 with Rev. Msgr. Michael Howell officiating.
