Todd Hoffman

Todd Gerald Hoffman, age 62, of Odem, Texas, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 7, 2013. He was born February 5, 1951, in St. Paul Minnesota and moved to Texas at the age of 18 while serving in the Navy where he met the love of his life and remained until his death. He is preceeded in death by his mother and stepfather, Patricia and Curtis Mickelson and father Walter Hoffman. Family was his entire life and his talent for woodworking skills will be a legacy his family can cherish. He never met a stranger and could talk anyone's ear off. His ability to fix anything still amazes some people. Todd was involved in Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, piddling around the house woodworking, and spending time with is family especially his one and only granddaughter Morgan who she referred to him as her "Pa." He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Christy, his pride and joy children; daughter Shana Larson, son Justin Hoffman, granddaughter Morgan Larson, sister Patrice Klindworth of Pueblo West, CO, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and long time family friends. At his wishes, the family will host a celebration of his life at a later date. The family would like to thank Christus Spohn Shoreline for all of their support and compassion during his time there. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
