Teena Mcginnis

Teena Rose Deal McGinnis passed away April 18, 2015 at her home. Teena was born on June 13, 1957 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Jacob B. “Red” Deal and Norma D. “Dee” Sparks Deal. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Teena was a graduate of Calallen High School class of 1975. Teena is preceded by her parents, her ex-husband, Herbert H. McGinnis and an infant sister, Angel Daughter Deal. She is survived by her children, Tommy C. McGinnis (Gloria), Elishia McGinnis (Stephen Collins) and Cody McGinnis; grandchildren, Lupe McGinnis and Cassety McGinnis; brother, James R.”Bubba” Deal (Leslie); sister, Rebecca “Becky” Deal Van Cleve (John); Aunt, Joyce Sparks Wright; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is survived by her ex-companion, David Gonzales. Memorial services will be conducted on Thursday, April 23, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel.
