Sue Nan Leach, age 85, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away March 25, 2022 surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren. She was born September 20, 1936 in Raymondsville, Texas to James and Esther Brashear.
Sue and George owned Wight’s Paint and Body Shop, where she worked as an Office Manager. They were part of the Gypsy Motorcycle Club for many years. Sue enjoyed hanging out with the ladies at the Red Hats Club with her best friend, Irene Blumberg. Sue loved watching her Dallas Cowboys and old western shows.
Sue was preceded in death by her husband, George Leach; companion, Adolph Stautzenberger; daughter, Carol Leach; sons, Rick Leach and Glen Leach; numerous sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her brother, Truman (Martha) Brashear; nephew, EL Brashear; her children, Sharon (Chester) Bullard, George Leach, Patty Mikeman; daughter in law, Bren Leach; grandchildren, Chester (Brandi) Bullard, Randy (Lamar) Bullard, Jackie Graham, Stephanie Mikeman, Amanda (Aaron) Uresti, Laura McCready, Tami (Gabriel) Hoskins, Jon (Kaitlan) Jarisch, Tyler (Crystal) Leach, Chelsea Leach, Jeremy (Yvette) Schmitgen , Ruth Dawson, Jeffrey Schmitgen, Joseph Leach, James Leach; great grandchildren, Koby Bullard, Laney Bullard, Randy Bullard Jr, Chris Bullard, MaKenna Bullard, MaKayla (KyAnna) Bullard, Jaxon Graham, Gage Graham, Trevor Power, Jace McCready, Brynn Boggan, Tanner Hoskins, Kambry Jarisch, Cole Jarisch, Eddie Leach, Ryleigh Leach, Vivien Schmitgen, Jeremy Schmitgen Jr, Dimitri Dawson, Capri Schmitgen, Skylar Schmitgen, Paisley Leach; and great great grandchild, Aubrey McCready.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home at 1:00PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00PM. Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery on 1889 in Robstown, Texas.
