Shirley Dennis

Shirley Marie Knetsch Dennis is in God’s care as of Monday, October 14, 2013. Mom lost her battle with malignant melanoma at the age of 64. Originally from La Pryor Texas, but lived and worked the last 30 years among friends in the farming community of Agua Dulce, Texas at A.D. Grain Co.. She is survived by her 3 children, Lawrence “Scooter” Dennis, Courtney Montgomery, & Chase Knetsch; 3 grandchildren, Dustin & Cole Dennis and D’Laine Montgomery; her parents, Edwin & Orene Knetsch and six siblings, Patsy Coyner, Kathy Young, Edwin Knetsch Jr., Robert Knetsch, Paul Ray Knetsch, & Marsha Jean Sparks; numerous nieces and nephews. “Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who love beyond all faults, cry behind closed doors, & fight battles no one knows about” Visitation will be on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 21, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore, Texas with Pastor Dale Brynestad and Pastor Allen Echert officiating.
