Roy Manous

Roy Manous, 82, passed away on November 30, 2013. He retired after 20 years in the Army, serving in the Korean War and three tours in the Vietnam War, where he received a purple heart. He was a lifetime member of the 24th Infantry Division Association, the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 150 and VFW Post 2397. He is preceded in death by his parents, eight sisters, four brothers, and two grandsons. Roy is survived by his wife, Virginia; his four daughters, Virginia Mayo (Jason), Marilyn Goans (Greg Ramel), Alice Andersen (Dan), and Brenda Stefancik (Gary); 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas.
