Robert Ellison

Robert "Zach" Ellison, born June 16, 1983, was called home to be with the Lord on December 25, 2011, at the age of 28. Zach graduated from Calallen High School in 2001, and was employed by Martin Water Wells as a Service Manager for the past 10 years. He was an avid sports enthusiast and if anybody had a question about stats, he was your go-to guy. Zach was a practical joker who loved to make people laugh and he could put a smile on anybody's face. Zach was a loving son, brother, grandson, and uncle who will be dearly missed. Zach is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert "Bob" Ellison. He is survived by his mother, Linda Ellison; his father, Robert (Pam) Ellison; sister, Lauren (Luke) Moodie; brother, Zalen Ellison; maternal grandparents, Amos and Hattie Martin; paternal grandmother, Barbara Ellison; nephew, Parker Moodie; Goddaughter, Madison Faith Bell; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his dog "Buddy". Visitation will be from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. with the family present from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Friday, December 30, 2011 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Saturday, December 31, 2011 at River Hills Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Robstown Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Cody Bell, Josh Boyd, Brad Criswell, Brandon Guffey, Shane Martin and Matt Myers.
