Priscilla Edlin

Priscilla Edlin, 70, passed away on September 29, 2019 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on December 21, 1948 in Corpus Christi to Norman Eugene "Gene" Ward and Neva Darlene Ward. Priscilla was a proud graduate of Calallen HS Class of '67. Throughout her life she was a bookkeeper by trade at various businesses, but her first love in life was always being a loving mother and wife. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, and any type of crafting. She beat breast cancer and colon cancer in the last 10 years before her final battle with metastatic breast cancer these past few years. Priscilla was a strong and brave woman and fought unto the very end. She is preceded in death by her father Gene Ward. She is survived by her mother, Darlene Ward; her husband, Russell "Rusty" Edlin; her sons, Shawn (Julie) Edlin, Steven (Stacy) Edlin; and her daughter, Shelly (Brandon) Jennings; grandchildren, Jerry Edlin, Bryce Edlin, Nathan Edlin, Harrison Jennings, Charlotte Jennings, and Tracy Ann Edlin; two sisters, Linda (Don) Anderson, Denise (Bill) White; two brothers, Russell (Becky) Ward and Randall (Trish) Ward; several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Donnie D'Herde officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
