Paul Elsner

Paul E. Elsner, age 93, of Paris, Texas, formerly of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away November 20, 2010. Mr. Elsner was born December 27, 1916 in San Antonio, Texas to Paul Otto and Mary Annie Seerik Elsner. Mr. Elsner was a member of the Masonic Lodge, employed by B.D. Holt for twenty years and Alcoa Aluminum in Port Lavaca for eighteen years. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Johnnie Mae Elsner. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Elsner; son, Ron (Cheri) Elsner; sister, Mary Spain Jobe; step-children, Jeff (Lisa) Reneau, Randall Reneau, Suzann (Mike) Teel, Jennifer (Carl) Lambright; three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and nine step-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, November 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. in the St. John Lutheran Church with Pastor Jeffrey Thompson officiating. Interment will be at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in the San Fernando Cemetery # 3 in San Antonio, Texas.
