Nancy Horne

Nancy E. Horne, 79, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on April 4, 2021.

She was born in Marked Tree, Arkansas on July 15, 1941 to her parents, Earl and Lois Bullard.

Nancy attended Blytheville High School in Blytheville, Arkansas. She later met and married her loving husband, Fred E. Horne on February 25, 1965. Nancy was a Regional Supervisor for the Hickory Farms of Ohio.

Throughout her life, Nancy has always enjoyed loving her family and friends. She also found enjoyment in casinos, playing bingo and had a very special place in her heart for collecting carousel horses.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Lois Bullard; daughter, Sissy Tullos; brother, David Bullard; and sisters, Eloise Roden, Barbara Deskin and Beverly Gentry.

She is survived by her husband of over 56 years, Fred E. Horne; sons, Bubba (Lorraine) George, Glenn (Cyndee, deceased) George and Eddie (Dot) George; son-in-law, Jackie Tullos; grandchildren, Eddie George Jr., Jeana (Lando) Solis, Shelby (Alex Ray Sanchez) George, Cecelia Jensen, Johnathon Jensen, Samantha George, Cody Tullos and Jessica Tullos; and great grandchildren, Juston Sanchez Solis, Kaitlynn Solis, Jaxon Solis, Jacob Jensen, Johnathon Jensen, James Jensen, Lucas Tullos, Luis Moreno and Emma Moreno.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 9:30AM at Sawyer-George Funeral Home with Inurnment to follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
