Myron Charles Truesdale, II, age 64 of Orange Grove, Texas passed away May 23, 2011 in Houston, Texas. Charles was born November 17, 1946 in Robstown, Texas to Myron Charles and Mildred Wright Truesdale. Charles was an altar server for twenty-five years, an Eagle Scout, Deputy Constable in Nueces County, a Third Degree Knights of Columbus, an avid member of NRA and TSRA. Charles was preceded in death by his grand parents, Milus (Bopo) and Mary Wright; parents, M.C. and Mildred Wright Truesdale. He is survived by his Wife, Nita Truesdale of Orange Grove, Texas; daughter, Lisa (Lowery) Truesdale Ross of Orange Grove, Texas; other children, Loretta Benavidez, Chuck Truesdale and Jennifer Gonzales; brothers, Mark, Greg and John Milus; sisters, Mary Violet and Susan; grandchildren Sybilla and Connor Myron Ross, numerous other grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family survive. The Rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. in the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. in the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Michael Howell as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Sandia Cemetery.
