Miss Kathryn Wesson

Kathryn Rebecca “Miss Kitty” Wesson, 48, passed away early Thursday morning on August 3, 2017 after bravely fighting colon cancer for the last seven months. Miss Kitty was surrounded by her loving family as she left this world. She was born on January 12, 1969 in Houston, Texas. Miss Kitty is survived by her husband, Bryan Browning; three children, Seth, Cort & Peri Wesson of Corpus Christi, Texas; her parents, James & Kitty Thomas of Bruni, Texas; siblings, Monica Thomas of Bruni, William "Trip" Thomas (Bonnie, Saige & Logan) of Corpus Christi, Christopher "Wade" Thomas (Marcie, Hunter, Heath & Holland) of Corpus Christi, James Charles Thomas (Kim) of Corpus Christi, Richard Thomas (Trich, Connor & Janelle) of College Station, Texas, Merrilee Thomas (James, Mathew & Jason) of Corpus Christi, Jessica Mathis (Jedidiah, Olivia, Stonewall & Vivian) of Chipley, Florida, & Ben Thomas (Hannah, Emory, Holden, Duval & Isaac) of Mathis, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel in Corpus Christi, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. at Green Hill Cemetery in Hebbronville, Texas. The family requests that you donate to your favorite charity in honor of Miss Kitty in lieu of flowers.
