Michael Ervin Powell

Michael (Mike)Ervin Powell, 69, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024.

He was born in Alice, Texas on June 18, 1955, to Rex Powell and Therese Niedzielski. He attended Alice High School in Alice, Texas.

Mike was passionate about being outdoors and was well known for his ability to repair anything.

He is preceded in death by his father Rex Powell, mother Therese Niedzielski, brother John Powell, sister Therese “Tracy” Chapman, and son Derek Powell.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Felicia Powell, brother Rick Powell, brother James (Helen) Powell, brother-in-law Mark Chapman, stepdaughter Kristen Rickerson, stepson Eric Rickerson, grandchildren Beck and Ben Powell (mother Mandee), and multiple nieces and nephews.

According to Mike’s final wishes, no services will be held.
