Mary Katherine (Kay) Havelka, age 85, passed away on May 19, 2023 at her home in Robstown, Texas. She was a talented artist as well, dabbling in acrylic, oil and water color paints. One of her pieces was featured at the Corpus Christi Botanical Gardens in 2016.
Mary Kay is preceded in death by her sister Carolyn Angermann, brother Dan Burkhardt and her parents. She is survived by her husband William (Bill), son Mark Havelka and his wife Ruth Johnson, grandsons Owen Havelka and Liam Havelka as well as her siblings Fred Burkhardt, Jr. (Yvonne), James Burkhardt, Joan Black (Bob), Jerry Burkhardt, sister-in-law Pat Burkhardt and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
