Mary Frances Davis Hanna, 89, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. She was born May 14, 1926 in Agua Dulce, Texas to Wallace Walton and Ella McCain Davis. She was a graduate of Banquete High School in Banquete, Texas, lived in Robstown, Texas, Corpus Christi, Texas and Bishop, Texas for 54 years before moving to the Dallas area in November of 2011 to live with her daughter and son-in-law for the last four years and was a member of the Duncanville Church of Christ. She loved being with her family, fishing with her husband, reading, growing plants and flowers and bird watching. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Hanna; her daughter, Connie Frances Hanna Jennings; her brother, J. W. Davis; and her sister, Eloise Davis Winston. She is survived by her daughter, Suella “Sue” Hanna (Don) Berry of Duncanville, Texas; her sister, Helen Davis Raulz of Corpus Christi, Texas; her grandchildren, Cheryl Berry (Tim) Grove of Euless, Texas, Richard (Sarah) Berry of Irving, Texas, Brandy Jennings of Irving, Texas, Ricky McCain Jennings of San Marcos, Texas; James Kyle Jennings of Fort Worth, Texas, and Jaycie Jennings of Broomfield, Colorado; her great grandchildren, Madeline Grove, Cecily Grove, Hannah Grove, Ryker Berry and Leo Nuar; her son-in-law, Ricky (Janell) Jennings of Broomfield, Colorado; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Robstown Memorial Park with Charles Davis and Keith Bellamy officiating.
