Mary Clark

Mary Louise Clark, 77, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012. She was born November 5, 1934 in Hylton, Texas to James Allen Sturdivant, Sr. and Evalena Dunnam Sturdivant. She was a registered nurse and was a lay minister in the Episcopal Church. Mary Louise was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Stefen Allen Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Ann Brown (Bruce) of Corpus Christi, Texas; her brother, James Allen Sturdivant, Jr. (Sandy) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Joseph Hays Brown, Brittany Claire Peel-Brown and James Thomas Brown. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Rose Hill Memorial Park with The Rev. Bruce Wilson officiating. Burial will follow. In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make contributions to The Episcopal Church of Reconciliation, 4518 Saratoga Blvd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78413 or to your favorite charity.
