Marian Jane Warren, 87, passed away on May 16, 2022. She was born on March 6, 1935 to Isaac Clayborn Powell and Clora Mae Powell in Gulf Port, Mississippi. She graduated from Robstown High School in 1954.
Jane married her husband, Harry Warren, Jr. on February 14, 1958. She was retired and was a loving wife, mother, sister and aunt.
Jane enjoyed reading, cooking was her hobby and most of all, spending time with her family.
She will always be remembered for her devotion to family, love of laughter, family and church.
Jane is preceded in death by her husband, Harry M. Warren, Jr.; sisters, Bea Worden, Velma West and Ruby Laird (Powell); and brother, Bobby Powell.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Susie Gibbs-Little; sons, Harry Warren (Amy), Fred Warren (Duk-Hui) and Perry Warren (June); grandchildren, Gabe Warren and Ty Warren; special niece, Kay Worden-Hamlyn and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at Sawyer-George Funeral Home on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 12:30PM with the interment to follow at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 2:00PM.
Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are: Perry Warren, Harry Warren, Fred Warren, Steve Hamlyn, Arlis Worden, Wes Worden and Shawn Hamlyn.
