Lola Mae White Giffin was born in Kerrville, Texas on October 25, 1934 to Rev. Stanford and Lettie White. Lola spent most of her married life in Corpus Christi where she raised her three children. Lola spent some of her years in the Houston area where she was very involved with showing horses through the American Quarter Horse Association. She was also very proud to be a 13-year cancer survivor. "Granny" was a loving and caring grandmother who attended as many functions as she could to stay involved. Her grandchildren always loved knowing their Granny was in the audience. Once she moved to Orange Grove she continued her love for the Lord in service at Orange Grove First Baptist Church. She taught many classes in the youth department and was a very faithful member. Lola loved being a part of everything and never knew a stranger. She was active in her community and the lives of many friends. She was always ready to go and have a grand time. She will be dearly missed. She loved life and her family. Lola was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Dwight White; her grandson, Spencer Clubb; and her children's father, Ed Clubb, Sr. She is survived by her three children, Patti (Steve) Cummins of San Antonio, Hamp (Shannon) Clubb of Corpus Christi and Leola (Ron) Cole of Orange Grove. Her grandchildren include Andy Clubb, Isaac Clubb, Scott Cummins, Destinee Clubb, Kelby Clubb, Meredith Cole, Catalina Clubb and two great grandchildren, Madison and Reece Clubb.
