Levinia Cantu

Levinia P. "Levy" Cantu, age 80, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012. She was born March 5, 1932 in Hebbronville, Texas to Heriberto and Ella Villa Pena. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Heriberto Pena, Jr. and her husband, Gilberto Cantu. She is survived by her daughter, Noemi "Mimi" C. (Joseph E.) Reynolds of Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters, Belinda Ochoa of San Antonio, Texas, Olga Vivanco of Hebbronville, Texas, Arminda Stephens Cotton of Hebbronville, Texas; brother, Oscar Pena of Alice, Texas; grandson, Matthew J. (Jessica Slentz) Reynolds; numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter, Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Morgan Rowsome as Celebrant. Interment will follow in the Alice Cemetery in Alice, Texas.
