Leroy Flores. Jr., age 54, passed away on September 26, 2021, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on April 4, 1967, in San Antonio, Texas to Leroy E. Flores, Sr. and Maureen Garnham Lopez.

Leroy attended Marin B. Fenwick Elementary, Horace Mann Middle School and graduated a proud Mustang from Thomas Jefferson High School Class of 1985. He continued his studies at Texas A & I University in Kingsville, Texas earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 1991. It was there where he met the love of his life Coreen Silva. They married on July 28, 1990 and were married for 31 years. Leroy was a loyal and dedicated employee of TLH Enterprises for 28 years, where he served as store and area manager. He had a keen eye for detail and a great business sense. He excelled and flourished which allowed him to earn the company’s top honor of store of the year also known as the Eagle Award in 2013, 2019, and 2021. Leroy was a devoted Catholic and faithfully served as hospitality minister for St. Peter Prince of the Apostle Catholic Church. His most beloved pastime was traveling with his wife and family visiting many places in Texas, the U. S., Canada, Caribbean, and Mexico. However, his heart was truly with the Hill Country of Texas, visiting Lost Maples many times. He looked forward to continuing his travel in the U. S. by RV during his retirement years. He also loved his Texas sports including the UT Texas Longhorns, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Astros, and most especially his beloved Dallas Cowboys. Most of all Leroy had a never-ending love for his family and was forever a proud father to his four children and offered his continued support in all their endeavors including cross country running of his three boys, Ryan, Aaron, and Austin as well as Aaron's joining and serving our Country as a U. S. Marine with the 1/7 - 1st Battalion 7th Marine Regiment. He enjoyed watching his daughter Lauren earn her various academic awards and was very hopeful of the things to come in the future for her.
