Leonardo Arismendez

Leonardo Arismendez, 66, passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 in a Corpus Christi hospital. He was born February 27, 1945 in Robstown, Texas to Jose and Manuela Figueroa Arismendez. He worked as a laborer and was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Mary M. Cardenas-Arismendez; his brothers, Jose Jr., Ramiro, Jesus, Reuben and Guadalupe Arismendez; his sister, Maria Victoria Arismendez Guajardo; his step-daughters, Priscilla C. (Jermaine) Bradshaw and Patrisha C. (Robert) Elizondo; two grandchildren, Kalen Alexis and Justice Nathaniel Bradshaw; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 P.M. until 9 P.M. Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited at 7 P.M. Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Monday, August 8, 2011 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Robstown with Rev. Tom Showalter as celebrant. Burial will follow in Robstown Memorial Park.
