Kenneth Lynn Heider, born on January 6, 1942, in Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 13 2024, in Robstown, Texas. Kenneth was a beloved figure whose life journey encompassed both personal and professional achievements that left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

An alumnus of WB Ray High School in Corpus Christi, Kenneth was known for his dedication and hard work. He devoted much of his career to Anderson Machinery Company, retiring from there in 2016 after many years of service. His professionalism and commitment were hallmarks of his career and contributed to the respect he earned from peers and colleagues alike.

Kenneth had a vibrant personality and lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed reading books, solving crossword puzzles, and spent many joyful hours hunting. These activities brought him great fulfillment, and he cherished sharing these moments with family and friends.

His membership in the University of Texas-Texas Exes was one of Kenneth's proudest accomplishments, reflecting his deep-rooted pride in both his education and his Texas heritage.

Kenneth is survived by his loving sister, Frances Hopkins; his sons, Kevin Heider, Kenton Heider, and Kyle Heider; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Courtney, Alyssa, Garrett, Kayla, and Karsen, as well as numerous great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Norbert A. Heider Jr., and his parents, Irene Frankie Heider and Norbert "Dutch" Heider Sr.

Kenneth Lynn Heider will be remembered for his kindness, intelligence, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy will continue through the lives he touched, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The Celebration of Life will be held Monday, September 23,2024 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Robstown at 10:30AM.
