Kenneth Fitzgerald

Kenneth Ray Fitzgerald, age 74, passed away December 29, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on October 9, 1939, the youngest of eleven children, to Gladys and William Fitzgerald in Burr, Texas. Before joining the Air Force at the age of 17, he married the love of his life Patsy Talley and was married for fifty-six years. Being the hard working man that he was, he was employed by Texas Energy until his passing. His illness came upon him quickly and he was gone in an instant. He will be missed everyday by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Patsy and his children, Craig (Debra), Jay (Velvet), Vicki (Larry) and Keith (Kim). He had and loved thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Grace United Methodist Church, 14521 Northwest Blvd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78410. Interment will be in the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
