Katie Kilpatrick

My beloved Mother Katie Lee Wilson Kilpatrick, 90, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on May 22, 2011 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born Nov. 2, 1919 in Gonzales, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband A.C. Kilpatrick , parents, Reginald George Wilson and Mallie Ligon Wilson; sisters, Thelma Wilson Grove, Reg Mae Wilson Rosebraugh, Arline Wilson Mayes and brothers, John Wilson, James Warren Wilson and Ligon Wilson. She is survived by her son John W. Stringer of San Antonio, Texas. One grandson, Christopher Lee Stringer and one granddaughter Stephanie Diane Roth (Russell Alan). She had six great grand children, Rebekah Christina Ikea Stringer, Shannon Amenia Stringer, Iain McKay Stringer, Lauren Elizabeth Roth, Sydney Madison Roth and Kendall Ryeigh Roth. One sister Maxine Wilson Glasson of Taft and a brother Ralph Wilson of Corpus Christi, Texas. One step son, Ronald Kilpatrick and one step daughter, Patsy Kilpatrick. She was a longtime member of Calallen Baptist Church. She will be remembered for her wonderful love of her family, cooking, sewing and her love of cross-stitch. Daily she would work the crossword puzzle and she also enjoyed working the word puzzles. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M until 1l :00 A.M. Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Graveside services will be conducted at Robstown Memorial Park on F.M. 1899 in Robstown, Texas on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 11:30 A.M. with Bro. Jack Willoughby officiating. A reception will follow at Calallen Baptist Church after the graveside services.
