Justin Worden

Justin Wade Worden, died unexpectedly on June 18, 2015 in Corpus Christi, TX at the age of 31. He was born February, 1984 in Corpus Christi, the son of Wes and Brenda Worden. He attended Calallen schools and graduated from Calallen High School in 2003. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Doyal and Beatrice Worden; maternal grandfather, Jimmy Lawhon and aunt, Carla Lawhon Martini. Justin is survived by his mother, Brenda Worden; his father, Wes Worden; his sister, Kristin Dillon and her husband, James; his nephew, Maddox Dillon; his maternal grandmother, Shirley Johnson and her husband, Bill; his aunt, Kay Hamlyn and her husband Steve; his uncle's, David Lawhon and his wife Carolyn, Danny Lawhon, Arlis Worden and his wife Jocelyn; his cousins, Lisa Field, Shawn Hamlyn, Alex Lawhon, Sarah Lawhon, Ryan Lawhon, Kyle Lawhon, Jacob Worden, Amberly Worden, Kelton Worden, David Martini, Nick Martini and Phillip Martini. Justin worked in many areas of construction with multiple companies and was actively involved in the deer breeding business with his father. Justin was a free spirit who loved life. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and truly loved his family. He had such an inviting smile and a contagious laugh. He had many friends and will truly be missed by all. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, from 6-8pm. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 10am at the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel.
