John Lenard Beilby

John Lenard Beilby, 84, of Orange Grove, Texas passed away on February 13, 2025. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on November 3, 1940 to Harold and Genivieve Beilby. John Beilby attended Richland High School in Richland, Michigan. He enjoyed John Wayne films, classic films such as Gone with the Wind, Doctor Zhivago and The African Queen. He had a keen eye for antiques, most of all oil lamps. He proudly served in the United States Navy from October of 1957 to February of 1977 and he pursued multiple ventures after his military career. He was a member of VFW Lodge #3079 He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Harold and Genivieve Beilby, his siblings Ransom Beilby, Shirely Franklin, Harold Beilby and Beverly Myers. His son Johnathan Beilby and daughter Yvonne Palmer. He is survived by his brothers Edwin Beilby, Robert Beilby, Dennis Leto and his sister Susan Martin. His daughters Johnette Owens, Angela McLeod and Wendy Beilby. His son Joseph Beilby and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
