Jimmy Hardin

Jimmy never met a stranger. He was known for always having a smile on his face and a joke right behind it. He is preceded in death by the love of his life JoVetta, his parents, and five brothers. He is survived by his children Evona Adickes and husband Ben, Jimmy Wayne Hardin and wife Teeshia, Lester Hardin and wife Candy, Teressa Ford and husband Randy, and Michael Hardin. Grandchildren: Shawn Walston and husband Joe, Bennie Adickes and wife Lisa, Sheila Hardin, Darin Woodson and wife Casey, Christopher Ford and wife Evangeline, Sara Wall and husband Charles, Connor Ford and wife Ashley, Samantha Hardin, Misty Hardin, and Kassie Hardin. Elizabeth Stephens and husband Mark, Joe Walston and wife Reba, Megan Stone, Matthew Stone, Ashley Adickes, Amber Adickes, William Woodson, Madelyn Woodson, Wyatt Wall, Nikki Bartels, Alexis Mireles. 4 great great grandchildren with 3 more expected before the end of the year. He attended church at Covenant Baptist Church and danced four days a week. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be conducted at 4:00 PM Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Cottonwood Flats Cemetery in Rotan, Texas. The family asks that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
