Jimmie Free

Jimmie Howard Free, age 87, was called home by our Lord on October 30, 2012. She was born October 22, 1925 in Fort Worth, TX to William Thomas and Hattie Belle Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Phillip Free and her 2 sons, Ronald Steve Free and Frankie Eugene Free, her parents, and her 5 brothers. She is survived by her 2 daughters Phyllis (Bob) Craig and Arlette (Kenneth) Hatch, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Jimmie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and did her utmost to care for those she loved. She was a hairdresser for most of her career life. She was a faithful member of Yorktown Baptist Church. The family wishes to thank the staff of Tri-sun River Ridge Nursing Center, where she spent her last days. There will be a memorial service Saturday, November 3, 2012; at First Baptist Church in Cleburne, TX at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be private
