Janice Qualls Atwood, 85, passed away on June 3, 2021. Janice was born on September 23, 1935 in Pleasanton, Texas where she was raised by her parents, Theodore and Vera Qualls.

She is preceded in death by parents; husband, M.D. Atwood; brother, Ted W. Qualls; sisters, Lois Rollins, and Shirley Conner.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Marlon “Woody” Atwood, Susan Wynn, Geoff Atwood and Tammy Atwood; grandchildren, Kimber-Lea Atwood, Justin Wynn, Travis Wynn, Karrigan Atwood, William Atwood, Devin Atwood, and Reese Atwood; great-grandchild, Madelynn Wiggins.

Janice will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 6, 2021, at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 7, 2021, at Sawyer- George Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Robstown Memorial Park Cemetery.
