Harlew Conally, 84, of Calallen, Texas, passed away Monday, November 24, 2014. He was born August 29, 1930 in Klegg, Texas to Joel and Jane Mason Conally. He was a U.S. Army Sergeant First Class in the Korean War. He owned Oil Field Technical Services, TXAM, Inc. and H.B. Services, and invented the TXAM Solar Powered Chemical Injector. He was preceded in death by a son, Harlew Conally, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty Conally of Calallen, Texas; two daughters, Janet (Ronnie) Pahmiyer and Valerie (Weldon) Riebschleager all of Calallen, Texas; four grandchildren, Nicole (Don) Eller, Bullet (Kendra) Riebschleager, Jessica Crawford and John (Abby) Crawford; five great grandchildren, Lia and Landon Eller, Bethany, Anabel and Rebecca Riebschleager. Visitation will be from 2 P.M. until 7 P.M. with the family present from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. with the rosary to be recited at 7 P.M. Friday, November 28, 2014 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Michael Howell as celebrant. Entombment will follow at Robstown Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to your favorite veterans organization.
