Glenda Simnacher

Glenda Margaret Simnacher, 67, of Corpus Christi, TX, passed away on May 2, 2017. Glenda was born in Corpus Christi, TX on August 29, 1949. She graduated from Miller High School and worked as a Contracting Officer for the Corpus Christi Army Depot for 40+ years. She enjoyed the beach, camping, playing dominoes, and spending time with her family. Glenda is preceded in death by her mother and father, Margaret and Bob McCandless, and her sister, Dawn Dowless. Glenda is survived by her children, Philip (Anna) Simnacher, Christopher (Stephanie) Simnacher, Adrian (Jason) Lodge; her sister, Robbie (Gary) Moore; her brother, Robert "Bob" (Becky) McCandless and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm. to 7:00pm on Thursday, May 4, 2017 in the Sawyer George Funeral Home Chapel. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, May 5, 2017 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Robstown, TX.
