Glen Boyd

Glen Marvin Boyd of Odem, Texas, left this world on December 13, 2015 to join our Savior after a brief illness. He was born on July 5, 1955 in Corpus Christi, Texas and is survived by his wife Cindi Boyd; sons, Lucas (Lexi) Boyd and Tucker (Andrea) Boyd; his grandchildren, Maddox and Ryker Boyd and Colt Boyd; parents, Billy and Geraldine Boyd; sisters, Marla (Steve) Martin and Reba Marshall; as well as 25 nieces and nephews and 23 great nieces and nephews; and countless friends and colleagues. Glen is greatly loved by all who know him and will be missed beyond measure – most especially by his family. His love for his family, his kindness and willingness to always help out is only matched by his crazy sense of humor and wonderful personality. “Whoostawassa and ya-te-hay, friends and loved ones.” Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 16, 2015 in Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Marquis officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Odem, Texas.
