George Parish

George Klett Parish, died on September 16, 2016. He was born on November 11, 1921 and transitioned from this life to the great hereafter-forevermore-Amen. He was preceded in death by his wives, Geraldine (Darling) Parish and Marcia (Keene) Parish; sisters, Edna (Parish) Chambers, Barbara (Parish) Norton; brother, LaVerne Parish. He is survived by a sister, Helen (Parish) Seyfert; daughters, Katherine (Parish) Sparks, Deborah (Parish) Summers; step-daughter, Marcia (Snipe) Moore; step-son, Robert Snipe; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren.. There will be a visitation with the family at Sawyer-George Funeral Home, 12497 Leopard St. on Friday, September 23, 2016 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Graveside funeral services will be held at the Masonic Cemetery in Johnson City, Texas on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers , the family asks that a memorial donation be made to PAWS Animal Rescue or to a Hospice program.
