George Edward Guckian, 83, of Corpus Christi, Texas, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 4th, 2010 at 10:58 P.M. George was born to W. P. Guckian and Alta Mercer Guckian on November 2, 1926 in the town of Gonzales, Texas. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved spending time working at the “Ranch”, which he took care of for almost twenty years. George was a wonderful husband, father, PaPa and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, his infant son, Vernon Ray, one brother, two sisters, two nephews, four brothers-in-law and his father-in-law. George is survived by his wife of almost fifty five years, Frances Guckian; his two daughters, George Ann Reynolds and husband Chris and Cheryl Lea Guckian; his three grandchildren, Hannah Reynolds, Quintin Guckian and Micah Reynolds; one sister, Marie McElveen.
