Fred Woolsey

Fred Eugene Woolsey 87, born on July 15, 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri. He passed away peacefully on May 20, 2014 with his family by his side. Fred was a WWII Army Veteran and very active in the VFW. After retiring from many years of service with Nueces County, Fred enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his three sons, Michael, David, Russell (Caroll), two daughters, Renee (Bob) Tortorello, Holly (Michael) Stovall, eleven grand children and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 25, 2014 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at Sawyer George Funeral Home, 12497 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78410. Interment will full military honors will be on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
