Emil Malik

Emil Thomas Malik, age 88, of Robstown, Texas passed away May 30, 2014 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born May 9, 1926 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Thomas and Sophie Malik. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Billie Malik and a son, Philip Malik. Mr. Malik is survived by his children, Monica English, Andy Malik and Felicia Powell; brother, Bennie Malik; grandchildren, Daniel Lopez, Jennifer Malik, Kristen Rickerson, Eric Rickerson, and Christopher English. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 3, 2014 with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas with Rev. Gerard Sheehan as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Robstown Memorial Park.
