Elida Perez

Elida S. Perez, 80, a loving wife and mother, completed her life journey on October 17, 2012. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas to Miguel and Maximina Santellana. She was welcomed into heaven by her loving husband Manuel S. Perez, Sr. She is survived by her children Manuel S. Perez, Jr. (Margie), Xavier Perez (Blanca), Miguel Perez (Carrie), Leticia Tomlin (John) and Rene Perez (Melissa). She was affectionately known as ” Grandma” to her nine grandchildren, Jennifer, Terresa, Monika, Xavier, Michael, Alex, John, Matthew and Reece. She was blessed with five great grand-children. She is also survived by, two sisters Andrea Alvarez and Isabel Dominguez. A mass in honor of her life will be celebrated Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Holy Family Catholic Church. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff at Trisun River Ridge Nursing Home and Lighthouse Hospice for the special care provided during this difficult time.
