Douglas Reed

Douglas Reed, 71, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022. He was born January 30, 1951 in Beeville, Texas.
A United States Army Veteran, he had varied careers in his life, mostly in sales and technology work, but his passion was fishing at the lake house with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Merle Reed and grandson, Brandon Miller.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Reed; son, Scott (Darlene) Reed; daughters, Kim Tague (Pablo Fierro) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Rhonda (Chester) Miller of Mesquite, Texas; grandchildren, Austin (Natalee) Tague and Kane Reed; great grandchildren, Carson and Jamison; sister, Deleen (Jack) Stiteley of Corpus Christi, Texas along with several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 11:30AM. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:30PM at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel and will be conducted by Hutch Hudson. Interment to follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 2:00PM. Please deliver all floral arrangements to the funeral home and not to the residence.
