Donna Vollmering

Donna Lee Vollmering, 75, of Orange Grove, Texas passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in a Corpus Christi hospital. She was born April 9, 1936 in Des Moines, Iowa to Wallace and Orpha Bess Robinson Wilkinson. She worked many years as a secretary. She is survived by her husband, Richard Vollmering of Orange Grove; children, Corey Vollmering of Orange Grove, Robin (Eugene) Rasco and Wendy Randleman of Corpus Christi, Kelly (Tim) Wolverton of Des Moines, Iowa, Vanessa Vollmering of Freer and Lori Vollmering of San Diego, Texas; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be conducted at 3:30 P.M. Monday, September 19, 2011 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Cherie Hopkins officiating.
