Dee Worsham

Dee Worsham, 76, of Sandia, Texas, went to be with the Lord on October 19, 2011 with her loving family at her side. She was born February 15, 1935 in Rosedale, Oklahoma to Martin Miller Yoakum and Ida Belle Jaye Yoakum. She was a great Christian lady and a member of River Hills Baptist Church. She was a life member of the Lagarto Club and a member of the Orange Grove Tuesday Study Club. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. She is survived by her husband of over 60 years, John Worsham of Sandia, Texas; her children, Edward Worsham of Freer, Texas, Janice Worsham and Kathi Bradley both of Houston, Texas, Karen Brown of Park City, Utah and Tony Worsham of Orange Grove, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Monday, October 24, 2011 at River Hills Baptist Church with Brother Bill Simmons officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make contributions to River Hills Baptist Church building fund or the American Cancer Society.
