Danny Paschal

Danny Ray Paschal, 57, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away at his home suddenly, January 19, 2010. He was born March 1, 1952 to Robert L. and Billie Paschal. He was employed by Tuloso-Midway I.S.D. where he was involved in student council, P.E. education, bus driver for drill team, swim team program and a part time nurse. Coach Paschal was the “Heart of the TM Intermediate”. He was a faithful and longtime member of Tuloso-Midway Baptist Church where he was the music director. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Paschal. Survivors include his mother, Billie Paschal of Corpus Christi, Texas; two sisters, Lou Ann Zickefoose (Jay) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Barbara Steiger (Andy) of San Antonio, Texas; nephew, Kyle Zickefoose (Jaime) of Odem, Texas; niece, Kayla Gower (Scott) of Spring, Texas; nephews, Cameron and Matthew Steiger of San Antonio, Texas; great niece and nephews, Aubrey, Kadyn and Kyson Zickefoose, they loved their Uncle Danny very much. Visitation will be from 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. with the family present from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Friday, January 22, 2010 at Tuloso-Midway Baptist Church with Rev. John McAllister officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens. Pallbearers are Bobby Craig, Matt Pacheco, Rich Dessecker, Hector Vargas, Mark Calderon and David Bustamante.
