Clyde Dykes

Clyde (Bo) Dykes 84 of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away peacefully on March 8, 2017. He was born February 11, 1933 to William and Bessie Dykes in Greensboro, Florida. He was a welder at ASARCO Refining Company and retired in 1987. He loved making BBQ pits for his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him . Clyde was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia; son, Clyde Jr.; daughter, Cindy; granddaughters, Trina Renee and Bobbie Jean; great grandson, Dorian Kane. He is survived by his daughters; Debbie (Bob) Coon, Sondra (Alan) Freeman, Doris Dykes, Monica Gatica and Tracy (Fred) Patton; Sixteen Grandchildren and Twenty Two great grandchildren. Poppy will be missed by all the grandchildren who dearly loved their poppy. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 am on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
