Christopher Aaron Grapentine, 47, passed away on Monday September 13th, 2021, with his wife and 2 daughters by his side after a courageous battle with covid. Chris was born on October 11th, 1973, in Shawno Wisconsin to Larry and Joan Grapentine. He was employed with Flint Hills Resources from February 2006- until his passing on September 13th, 2021. His passions included his family, friends, fishing and hunting. In 2018 he told his wife be prepared for me to do a lot of fishing, I’m planning on winning the CCA tournament, which he did with the largest mid coast trout, weighing in at 9lbs, 4oz. He is preceded in death by his loving father, Larry Grapentine. He is survived by his loving wife Jenny Grapentine of 15 years. His son Mason (Megan) Grapentine, his daughters, Pat and Maegan Grapentine and Kaitlynn Birnbaum. His grandchildren who he loved dearly Roslyn, Ellie and Hayden Grapentine. He is also survived by his mother Joan Bush and his siblings Rick Grapentine, Dan (Tammy) Grapentine, Diane (Gary) Tounsley, Dawn Hunt, Karen (Scott) Hawkins, Jim, (Lisa) Grapentine, and numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Family and friends are invited to attend his masonic memorial service on October 2nd, at 1:00 p.m. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Following will be a gathering at his home.
