Chris Christensen

Chris Allen Christensen, age 60, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away August 21, 2011. Chris was born April 2, 1951 in Chamberlain, South Dakota to Kenneth and Dorothy Christensen. Chris was a member of the Masonic Lodge, a Shriner and was active with the Shrine Circus in Huron, South Dakota. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Eric Christensen. He is survived by his wife, Val Christensen; sons from his former marriage, Christopher Neal Christensen, Nathan Cable Christensen, Brad Dale Christensen; children, Rebecca Faith "Becky" Christensen, Charity Ann Christensen Fink, Aaron Burl Christensen; brothers and sister, K.C. Christensen, Robert Christensen, Curtis Christensen, Mary Christensen, Joe Christensen; nine grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. in the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. E.L. Surginer, Sr. officiating.
