Charles “Kevin” Wahl, was born April 10, 1961 and passed away January 13, 2015 losing his long battle to cancer. He graduated from Sinton High School and from Southwest Texas State University earning an agriculture degree. He was an environmental technologist ending his career with the Stripes company. With his fun loving magnetic personality, he never met a stranger. He loved hunting, fishing, cooking, making homemade pickles and helping family and friends with their livestock projects. Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Charles Franklin Wahl. Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Betty Lou Minduik Wahl; his mother, Irene Wahl-Richter (Charles); step-son, Aaron (Sarah) Haddow; step-daughter, Rachelle (Corey) Price; step-grandchldren, Charlize and Noah Price; sister, Stacy (Mike) Harvey; mother-in-law, Eva (Peter) Minduik; brothers-in-law, Fred (Jacqueline) Minduik and Danny (Janice) Minduik; sister-in-law, Linda (Chris) Minduik; numerous nieces, nephews, spouses and their children. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Grace United Methodist Church in Calallen, Texas. A Reception will follow the memorial service at Grace United Methodist Church.
