Charles is preceded in death by his dad, James Benjamin Fulton; his mom, Alice Meza; sister's, Mary Jane, Cynthia Reifschnieder, and Patricia Cantu; and his brother, Ramon Omar.
He is survived by wife, Diana Fulton; daughter, Tiffany McKenzie (Christopher); son, William Fulton; and grandchildren, Brandon Hinojosa, Brianne Hinojosa, Cole McKenzie, and Cody McKenzie.
A Memorial Service will be held at Sawyer-George Funeral Home on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 1pm.
