Carol Repka Klepac

Carol Repka Klepac, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away August 12, 2024 at the age of 69. She lived a life rich in faith, family, and love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and compassion that will be cherished forever.

Carol was born on May 12, 1955, to Ervin Repka, Sr. and Nita Repka in Robstown, Texas. Growing up in a loving family, she attended Robstown High School and developed a deep passion for service, baking, art, and loved dressing up in elaborate costumes for various events. Her creative spirit shone brightly in everything she did, and her hobbies became a source of joy and inspiration for those around her. Not to mention, her affection for cats was truly heartwarming.

With over 50 years of marriage, Carol and Ronald Klepac raised their daughter, Tabitha Klepac Joyce. Tabitha's marriage to Anthony Joyce brought even more happiness to Carol's life, and she was overjoyed to welcome her grandchildren, Kamryn and Colby, into the family. Family meant everything to Carol, and she cherished each moment spent with her loved ones.

Carol also had her beloved siblings, brother Ervin Repka, Jr. and wife Kristin Repka, and brother Kevin Repka and his wife Irene Repka along with her sisters Coleen Repka and Colette Hamilton. She shared a special bond with her siblings, always offering support, love, and laughter whenever they gathered together. Carol's nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart, and she took great joy in watching them grow.

In her community, Carol was known for her dedication to her church and her willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. She was a devout member of St. Peter Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church and involved in many of the ministries including Catholic Daughters of America, Altar and Rosary Society, Lector and Hospitality. Her warm smile and compassionate soul touched many lives, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing her. 

A visitation in memory of Carol will be held on August 18, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with rosary to follow at Sawyer-George Funeral Home in Corpus Christi, Texas. A Mass will take place on August 19, 2024, at 9:00 AM at St. Peter Prince of the Apostles, followed by her burial at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown at 11:00 AM.

Carol Repka Klepac will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her gentle spirit. May her memory be a blessing, and may her legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire those who knew her.
